This is information that you provided to us when you signed up for our services or provided to us by travel agencies or online travel websites connected to our channel manager.

and, additionally, when you log in into our channel manager:

  • operative system and version
  • screen resolution
  • a record of when you use certain features for statistical usage analysis

We will hold personal data for as long as it’s necessary for its intended purpose or as long as you maintain a contract with us. Notwithstanding, we are legally required to keep some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations.

WHERE ARE YOUR DETAILS STORED

Most of our data is securely stored in the cloud, using Amazon Web Services in European data centres. A small proportion of data might be located in our facilities or our accountant's, both located in England.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.

We’ll only use the details you provide us when you contact us using our contact request form or email to answer to your query.

If you’re a customer of us, we may periodically send emails about our system status and updates using the email address which you have provided. We might also share some of your details with third parties for accounting and/or billing purposes or when you request us to establish or troubleshoot a data connection with them.

We don’t use hotel guests details for any purpose other than providing the hotels with these in order to register and process the booking.

We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
